
Strategic Client Manager

Motive empowers individuals who oversee physical operations with tools to enhance work safety, productivity, and profitability.
The platform provides comprehensive visibility and control over drivers, vehicles, equipment, and fleet-related expenses. It significantly reduces manual workloads by automating and simplifying tasks.
Motive serves clients across various sectors including transportation and logistics, construction, energy, field service, manufacturing, agriculture, food and beverage, retail, and the public sector.
Main Responsibilities:- Close client interactions to drive utilization of Motive's platform
- Foster value realization through regular client engagement
- Cultivate client health and experience to ensure smooth retention processes
- Identify growth opportunities aligned with helping clients achieve their objectives
- Prioritize client escalations and resolve issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Serve as an internal advocate for Motive's clients identifying BETA and referenceable clients
- Execute tasks diligently and maintain attention to detail throughout all activities
- Proficiency in both English & Spanish languages written and verbally
- Minimum 3 years of prior experience in a customer-facing role
- Customer Success or Account Management expertise
- Ability to manage a book of business comprising 90+ large business accounts proactively and independently
- Demonstrated track record of successfully navigating renewals and mitigating churn
- Critical thinking skills and adaptability
- Strong grasp of SaaS applications
- Logistics experience is beneficial
