Job Description
  • To manage the recruitment of riders in cities, ensuring a steady supply of skilled personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage rider acquisition channels to meet business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Logistics or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Proven ability to work at a fast pace, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with riders and stakeholders effectively.
