Job Description
  • To manage the recruitment of riders in cities, ensuring a steady supply of skilled personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to work at a fast pace, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with riders and stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a process-oriented approach to resolving complex issues.
