
Customer Support Team Lead

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Team Lead to oversee a team of customer support agents.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of high-performing customer service agents across multiple channels (phone, messaging, email)
- Develop and implement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance customer experience metrics
- Drive achievement of SLAs, productivity, and quality metrics for your line of business/team members
- Provide leadership and mentorship in performance management, learning & development, and leadership skills
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to improve workflows and processes
- Utilize data insights to inform business decisions
- A strong customer-centric mindset and passion for delivering exceptional support experiences
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in financial services, technology, or customer support
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience in an operations environment
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and leveraging metrics to drive business outcomes
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a high level of self-motivation and personal accountability
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines
- Familiarity with crypto markets and their 24/7/365 nature
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively
- Experience in project management, analytics, or quality assurance
- Degree in business, finance, customer experience, or blockchain
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, JIRA, AWS, or Salesforce Service Cloud
