About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Team Lead to oversee a team of customer support agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of high-performing customer service agents across multiple channels (phone, messaging, email)
  • Develop and implement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance customer experience metrics
  • Drive achievement of SLAs, productivity, and quality metrics for your line of business/team members
  • Provide leadership and mentorship in performance management, learning & development, and leadership skills
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to improve workflows and processes
  • Utilize data insights to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • A strong customer-centric mindset and passion for delivering exceptional support experiences
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in financial services, technology, or customer support
  • Minimum 3 years of people management experience in an operations environment
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and leveraging metrics to drive business outcomes
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a high level of self-motivation and personal accountability
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines
  • Familiarity with crypto markets and their 24/7/365 nature
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively
Nice to Haves:
  • Experience in project management, analytics, or quality assurance
  • Degree in business, finance, customer experience, or blockchain
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, JIRA, AWS, or Salesforce Service Cloud
