HR and Administrative Assistant Role Overview

This position offers a unique opportunity to support the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of HR-related tasks and duties, ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency.
  • Provide administrative assistance to Management, focusing on tasks that enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Develop and prepare policies and procedures under direct supervision, contributing to a well-structured work environment.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, both physical and digital, to ensure compliance and easy access.
  • Process documentation and generate reports related to personnel activities, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, absences, bonuses, leaves, and time management.
  • Manage employee inquiries regarding HR matters, rules, and regulations, providing clear guidance and support.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by furnishing necessary data, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Conduct initial orientations for new employees, helping them adapt to the organization's culture and policies.
  • Post job advertisements and organize resumes and job applications, streamlining the recruitment process.
  • Schedule job interviews and support the interview process, ensuring smooth candidate experience.
  • Perform general office support tasks, manage calendars, handle mail receipt, sorting, timestamping, logging, distribution of incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages, and order office supplies.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Proven experience in HR administration, preferably with a focus on policy development and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems, particularly those used for record-keeping and reporting.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
