Community Health Sciences Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Assistant to join our team at Aga Khan University's Department of Community Health Sciences.
About the Role- This is a full-time position responsible for managing the reception desk and providing administrative support to the department.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reception duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Administrative tasks, such as data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation.
- Supporting the department's events and meetings, including logistics and coordination.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, as required.
- A minimum of one year of relevant administrative experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Urdu.
