Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Management Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring office supplies are stocked, and handling correspondence professionally.

You will also assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents, as well as support HR functions such as attendance tracking and employee onboarding.

Additionally, you will liaise with vendors, clients, and service providers as needed, and maintain records and file documents systematically.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and make a significant impact on our team's success.

  1. Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
  2. Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
  3. Handle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
  4. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  5. Monitor expenses and assist with budget preparation.
  6. Prepare payroll and maintain employee salary records.
  7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day office operations.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and service providers.
  • Maintain records and file documents systematically.
Requirements:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
