Marketing Executive

As a key player in the marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to drive business growth. Your primary objective will be to create engaging campaigns that capture the audience's attention, build brand awareness, and ultimately convert leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies
  • Conceptualize and create visual content for company marketing materials, including brochures, greeting cards, and souvenirs.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Coordinate with external partners, such as agencies and media outlets, to execute marketing campaigns and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative briefs, lead content creation, and plan digital, traditional, and non-traditional marketing initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain processes to ensure effective and timely development and execution of marketing programs within defined objectives.
  • Present marketing strategies and execution details to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  3. Excellent communication and project management skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  5. Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
