**Job Title:** Finance Manager

Job Description:

The finance manager will play a critical role in financial planning, risk management, compliance, and supporting business growth. This executive will also be responsible for driving operational efficiency and aligning financial strategies with the company's long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute financial strategies to support growth and sustainability
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team and board
Financial Operations & Reporting:
  • Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting (UK GAAP/IFRS)
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations
  • Ensure robust financial controls and internal audit readiness
Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies
  • Lead annual statutory audits and liaise with auditors
  • Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks
Investor & Stakeholder Management:
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and investors
  • Support fundraising efforts through financial modeling and projections
Team & Systems Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team
  • Implement financial systems, ERP, and automation for improved accuracy and efficiency

Requirements:

  • CA Finalist/ ACCA/ ICMA or MBA-Finance
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role
  • Experience in fintech, telecom, or Ed-Tech is preferred
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, reporting, compliance, and strategic advisory

  • Leadership and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of digital financial services

Additional Details:

  • Experience: 5+ years
  • Work Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Work Days: Monday - Friday, Saturday (11:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
  • Location: Islamabad - Onsite
