Finance Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Manager to drive financial planning, risk management, and strategic decision-making.

  1. Lead the finance function, developing and implementing comprehensive financial strategies to support business growth and sustainability.
  2. Provide visionary leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  3. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and the board, offering expert guidance on key financial matters.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Financial Leadership:
    • Develop and execute financial strategies to support growth and sustainability.
    • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
    • Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team and board.
  • Financial Operations & Reporting:
    • Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting (UK GAAP/IFRS).
    • Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations.
    • Ensure robust financial controls and internal audit readiness.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.
    • Lead annual statutory audits and liaise with external/internal auditors.
    • Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.
  • Investor & Stakeholder Management:
    • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and investors.
    • Support fundraising efforts through financial modeling and projections.
  • Team & Systems Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing finance team.
    • Implement financial systems, ERP, and automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Candidate should be a CA Finalist/ ACCA/ ICMA or MBA-Finance holder.
  • A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role is required.
  • Fintech, telecom, or Ed-Tech experience is preferred.
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, reporting, compliance, and strategic advisory.
