Job Description:
">The role of a Research Analyst involves sending emails to experts and clients via Zoho, messaging potential candidates on LinkedIn, and reviewing expert profiles for client projects. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of lead generation or recruitment experience, an updated LinkedIn account with 100+ connections, and the ability to dedicate 8 hours per day to this role.

Qualifications:

Work Commitment:
">This is a contract-based role that requires dedication. You must commit to working 8 hours per day, with flexible timing but consistent effort required to meet targets.
">Credits & Submissions:
">A credit is earned when an expert you sign up completes the following process:
">- ">
- You source and sign up an expert.">
- The expert completes any required screening/introductory questions.">
- The expert is submitted to a client for consideration by the project coordinator.">
- The client books a call with the expert, and the call is completed (60 minutes).">
Commission-Based:
">This is a fully commission-based role. For every credit earned, you receive $3 per expert submission. An expert is considered submitted when they sign up on our website, complete any required screening, and are submitted to a client.
">Example Earnings:
">If you earn 10 credits and have 30 submissions, your total potential earnings would be $890.
