We're looking for a skilled Customer Success Executive to join our team at PakWheels. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and revolutionizing the automotive industry in Pakistan.

About the Role:

As a Customer Success Executive, you will engage with dealership owners and sales agents, fostering strong relationships to help them maximize sales and optimize their use of the PakWheels platform.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  1. Manage Car Sales: Visit seller locations and manage car sales for all assigned customers, ensuring timely execution of services.
  2. Handle Incoming Queries: Manage incoming queries (calls, SMS, WhatsApp) for all car stock, providing information to prospective buyers.
  3. Sales Execution: Accompany prospective buyers to vehicle viewing sites, utilizing proven sales techniques to effectively present and sell automobiles.
  4. Transaction Coordination: Ensure proper transfer of vehicles from sellers to buyers at transaction time.
  5. Reporting: Provide daily and weekly reporting to managers in specified format.

Key Qualifications include:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cars Knowledge: Basic knowledge of cars is required.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Persistence: Persistent, hardworking, and passionate.
  • Computer Literacy: Comfortable with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Email, etc.
