Technical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Technical Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for presenting technical solutions to new and existing clients, building strong relationships internally and externally, and maintaining proactive follow-ups with clients to close deals and ensure satisfaction.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to learn technical concepts and IT solutions quickly.
About the Role:- Present technical solutions to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Maintain proactive follow-ups with clients to close deals and ensure satisfaction.
- Actively coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Solutions, and Product teams to align client requirements with our offerings.
- Present technical solutions to new and existing clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations during online sales meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally by sharing relevant product updates and client insights.
- Create compelling sales proposals, including pricing and technical documentation tailored to client needs.
- Share documentation such as datasheets, catalogs, and proposals with clients as required.
- Sell our IT solutions to clients across the U.S. and Canada.
- Qualify leads, manage the sales funnel, and convert opportunities into closed deals.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of high-quality prospects.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients based on trust and value delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales in the US and Canada market.
- Excellent communication skills – fluent in English (spoken, written, and reading comprehension).
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn technical concepts and IT solutions.
- Active listening skills with the ability to follow directions and adapt quickly.
- Familiarity with the latest IT products, both hardware and software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and online conferencing tools.
