Technical Recruiter Position

We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, recruiting, and managing engineering talent.

This role involves identifying, attracting, and engaging with qualified engineering candidates, developing and maintaining a network of potential candidates and industry contacts, screening and evaluating candidates to ensure they meet the technical and cultural requirements of our clients, collaborating with our recruitment team to understand client needs and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including initial outreach, interviews, and offer negotiations, and staying updated with industry trends and changes in the job market to effectively advise clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Source and recruit top engineering talent from Pakistan to meet the needs of our clients.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts to stay informed about emerging trends and technologies.
  3. Evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the technical and cultural requirements of our clients.
  4. Collaborate with our recruitment team to understand client needs and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly.
  5. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including initial outreach, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  6. Stay updated with industry trends and changes in the job market to effectively advise clients and candidates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tech industry and key skills required for various engineering positions, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, and familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.

  • Experience in sourcing and placing candidates for various engineering positions.
  • Ability to use various sourcing techniques and platforms to find and attract top talent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and industry contacts.
