Job Description

We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple countries. You will ensure alignment with global talent acquisition standards while tailoring strategies to local market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment across Pakistan, the Middle East, and Africa, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation in alignment with global TA processes.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to understand talent needs, provide market insights, and deliver tailored recruitment strategies that ensure high-quality hires.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines by leveraging sourcing tools, social media, career events, and third-party partnerships to engage both active and passive candidates.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance in the applicant tracking system, supporting reporting and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an autonomous, senior-level recruitment role, including hiring for both professional and managerial level positions.
  • Hands-on expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes ideally both agency and in-house.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media platforms for sourcing and talent pipelining.
