Job Overview:

You will be responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing paid campaigns that drive high-quality leads, conversions, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape and experience with performance marketing tools such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and tracking tools.

You will work cross-functionally with product, sales, and content teams to align on goals and own performance marketing metrics.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Develop and refine customer outreach funnels using outbound tools.
  • Collaborate on landing page CRO, A/B testing, and retargeting strategies.
  • Own performance marketing metrics and present actionable insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5-6 years in performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech.
  • Deep hands-on experience with performance marketing tools.
  • An agile, self-starter mindset comfortable moving fast and adapting strategies on the go.
