Key Responsibilities:
  • Potential Franchise Identification: Utilize online research, networking events, and industry publications to discover potential franchisees.
  • Lead Generation: Leverage existing networks and cold outreach to expand our pool of potential franchise partners.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities for franchise expansion.
  • Sales Process Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential franchise partners throughout the sales process.
  • Initial Meetings and Presentations: Introduce our brand, values, and franchise opportunities through engaging meetings and presentations.
  • Customer Support: Promptly address inquiries and concerns, providing accurate information and guidance to prospective franchisees.
  • Franchise Agreement Negotiation: Collaborate with legal and management teams to negotiate terms and conditions of franchise agreements.
  • Target Achievement: Close sales and secure signed franchise agreements, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Sales Collateral Development: Work closely with the marketing team to create sales collateral and promotional materials.
  • Onboarding and Support: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new franchise partners and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  • Data Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.
