The Senior Enablement Business Partner plays a pivotal part in augmenting the effectiveness of Small and Medium Business Sales Development Representatives who qualify inbound leads.

This role involves working closely with sales management and other enablement teams to pinpoint areas for improvement, craft targeted training programs, and assess their impact.

  • Craft and execute onboarding programs for new SMB SDRs, ensuring rapid proficiency in product knowledge and sales processes.">
  • Develop and maintain a continuous training roadmap to enhance SDR skills and performance in inbound lead qualification.">
  • Prepare SDRs for successful transitions to Outbound SDR roles through focused development initiatives.">
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify performance gaps and create tailored training solutions.">
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of enablement programs through key performance indicators (KPIs) and ramp-up time evaluations.">

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales enablement or sales training, preferably within a technology environment.">
  • Demonstrated success in developing and delivering onboarding and continuous training programs for sales development teams.">
  • Proven ability to analyze sales performance data and identify training needs.">

  • Experience collaborating with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.">
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms and CRM systems.">
