Corporate Sale Manager

Pakson International Pvt Limited - BOSS Moulded Furniture is seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, analyzing market trends and results, and establishing annual sales objectives.
  • Key responsibilities include forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products, and implementing national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • The Sales Manager will maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors, and establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  • Additionally, the Sales Manager will complete national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results, and maintaining national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Other key responsibilities include maintaining national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results, and contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
