Job Title: IT Technical Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Technical Expert to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in computer systems, networks, and software applications.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve technological issues, minimize downtime, and ensure business continuity.
  • System Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain computer operating systems, software programs, and hardware.
  • Network Administration: Administer network systems, computer systems, printers, and other technical equipment.
  • User Account Management: Set up and manage new user accounts, work email addresses, and access levels for new employees.
  • Data Backup and Security: Ensure regular data backups to prevent data loss and run security checks to protect against cyber threats.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of working experience in a similar role.
Desirable Skills:
  • Operating Systems: Familiarity with multiple computer operating systems, including Windows, Mac, and Linux.
  • Troubleshooting: General knowledge of troubleshooting Internet connectivity, phone systems, network systems, and other technological office equipment.
  • Databases and Spreadsheets: Ability to create databases and utilize Excel spreadsheets at an advanced level.
  • Microsoft Office: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
