USA Scheduling Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a USA Scheduling Specialist. This role involves scheduling appointments, answering inbound calls, and coordinating with healthcare providers in the USA.

In this role, you will:

  • Answer inbound calls and schedule appointments for new patients.
  • Add or update patient records.
  • Coordinate with doctors' offices in the USA regarding accurate patient information.

You will be responsible for identifying patients' needs and responding in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • English communication skills (preferably with a North American accent).
  • A strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to work independently and in a team environment.
