Key Responsibilities:
  1. Market Development: Strategically lead and motivate the existing sales team to enhance market penetration, drive sales growth, and increase margin for our key supplier of INK JET printing solutions.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop a sales strategy tailored to the market for all IMAGING INK GRAPHIC products, ensuring effective product placement and customer engagement.
  3. Budget Management: Manage budgets, sales plans, and distribution networks in accordance with strategic sales regions, driving business growth and expansion.
  4. Goal Achievement: Focus on achieving defined goals and delivering tangible results.
  5. Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor and respond to competitor activities and market trends, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
  6. Strategic Planning: Design and implement an effective strategic sales plan, aligning with organizational objectives.
  7. Team Leadership: Lead and influence a seasoned team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  8. Sales Performance: Analyze sales and market data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  9. Territorial Coverage: Oversee the sales team's performance, ensuring seamless management and control.
  10. Collaborative Planning: Prioritize sales revenue growth and market share targets through collaborative business planning with the sales team.
Job Requirements:
  1. Significant travel requirements; extensive national coverage is essential for this role.
  2. Travel exceeding 75% will be necessary for success.
  3. Detailed knowledge of the GRAPHIC IMAGING industry is mandatory.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
  5. Fluency in English, Urdu, and Punjabi, with strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients locally.
  6. Proven experience in managing national-level sales forces.
  7. Experience in planning, directing, and controlling all sales and distribution operations.
  8. In-depth understanding of the local market.
  9. Proficiency in computer applications.
  10. Stay up-to-date with market trends and new developments, leveraging information for business improvement.
  11. Continuously improve services and processes.
  12. Able to discuss strategic and sensitive issues.
  13. Make informed, strategic decisions.
  14. Inspire others to share their vision and collaborate towards a common goal.
  15. Coordinate and plan budgets, resources, and time management effectively.
