Job Title: Territory Sales Leader

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Leader to lead our sales team in a specific geographic area. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and guide their team to achieve targets.

  • The Territory Sales Leader is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in prospecting for new business opportunities, collecting client data, and training them on products and sales strategies.
  • This role involves ensuring that team members achieve 100% targets set by management, guiding them in closing deals, and handling critical cases.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for motivating and developing their team, addressing performance issues, and forwarding concerns to management.
  • This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a deep understanding of the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote sales growth in assigned territory through effective leadership and strategy development.
  • Motivate and develop team members to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
  • Cultivate relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business results.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the IT or electronics industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Prior experience in corporate sales and product knowledge in IT or electronics.
