As a high-growth company leader, you will spearhead and develop a team of seasoned account executives in a dynamic environment. Your leadership will significantly impact the growth of the enterprise team, the development of your team, and the company's success in achieving revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Spearhead the hiring and development of experienced account executives.
  2. Consistently deliver against team revenue targets.
  3. Provide strategic sales cycle support to your team by deeply understanding customers' needs and mapping them to the value of our solutions.
  4. Partner with sales leadership to further define a successful and repeatable sales process.
  5. Identify and remove obstacles hindering team success.
  6. Regularly report on team and individual results through pipeline management and forecasting.
  7. Recommend improvements in areas such as process efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing high-performing software sales teams.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing an enterprise sales team.
  • A track record of 100%+ quota achievement as a manager and individual contributor in enterprise sales.
  • Previous experience recruiting, retaining, and developing a team from the ground up.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A high level of business acumen and understanding of how revenue leaders think.
  • Experience selling into sales leadership (C and VP level).
