    • Oversee the social media content calendar to ensure timely, consistent, and relevant content publishing.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce cohesive and impactful campaigns.
  • Community Engagement
    • Foster and nurture online communities by facilitating conversations that align with brand values.
    • Respond promptly and professionally to audience interactions, including feedback, inquiries, and concerns.
    • Manage crisis communication on social platforms to protect and enhance the brand's reputation.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization
    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth, providing actionable insights.
    • Optimize social media strategies and campaigns based on data-driven results to achieve business objectives.
    • Conduct competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Team Leadership

    Requirements:
