E-commerce Manager

The Role
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.


The Responsibilities
  • Sales & Conversion Optimization: Develop strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and customer retention.
  • Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to manage SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Product Management: Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images.
  • Customer Experience: Enhance the online shopping experience by implementing UX/UI improvements and personalization strategies.
  • Inventory & Order Management: Coordinate with logistics teams to maintain stock accuracy, optimize fulfillment processes, and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Data & Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to monitor website traffic, sales trends, and customer behavior.
  • Promotions & Campaigns: Plan and execute online sales events, promotional campaigns, and discount strategies.


The Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum [X] years in an e-commerce management role.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and paid advertising strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
  • Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
