Job Description

We are seeking a qualified professional to manage electrical, cooling, fire detection, and suppression systems in our Data Centre Facility Operations department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor Data Centre equipment such as UPS, electrical panels, and cooling systems both physically and online.
  • Troubleshoot and repair infrastructure issues related to electrical and cooling systems.
  • Support the installation of new IT equipment, ensuring adequate rack space, power, and cooling.
  • Promptly handle critical alarms related to electrical, cooling, and fire systems.
  • Respond to emergencies such as power outages or hardware failures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical knowledge of Data Centre electrical and cooling systems is essential.
  • Ability to handle critical alarms of electrical systems, UPS, and PDUs.
Desirable Qualifications
  • In-depth technical knowledge of Data Centre electrical and cooling systems is highly desirable.
  • Experience in handling alarms and rectifying issues in electrical, cooling, and fire suppression systems.
