
Administrative Support Specialist

The selected candidate will provide administrative support to the supervisor in various tasks, such as procuring office items and coordinating conferences.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with vendors for procurement of office supplies and vehicles.
- Assist in maintaining infrastructure at our office location.
- Organize conferences, workshops, seminars, and events.
- Implement security policies and monitor shifts of the security team.
- Manage records, handle vehicle maintenance, and perform daily tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 year of working experience in general administration is required.
Required Skills:
- Excellent time management skills, problem-solving ability, and communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications is preferred.
