Job Opportunity

The selected candidate will provide administrative support to the supervisor in various tasks, such as procuring office items and coordinating conferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement of office supplies and vehicles.
  • Assist in maintaining infrastructure at our office location.
  • Organize conferences, workshops, seminars, and events.
  • Implement security policies and monitor shifts of the security team.
  • Manage records, handle vehicle maintenance, and perform daily tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 year of working experience in general administration is required.

  • Excellent time management skills, problem-solving ability, and communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications is preferred.
