As a Research Assistant, you will contribute to our mission of enhancing human capabilities through rigorous, multidisciplinary research. You will work closely with the project team to develop and implement effective strategies to address childhood stunting, with a focus on access to health, nutrition, education, clean water, and a clean environment.

Key responsibilities include analyzing quantitative data, assisting in the endline survey, and coordinating the data collection process. You will also be responsible for monitoring endline survey activities, conducting fieldwork, and providing research support to the project team.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong academic background in Economics, Sociology, or a related discipline. Experience with data cleaning, analysis, and management is essential, as well as intermediate to advanced knowledge of STATA and Excel.

Strong writing and communication skills are also required, as the candidate will be responsible for producing policy briefs, reports, and other documents. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability, is also essential.

Requirements:
