Leadership Role

The Squad Lead position is a crucial component of our organization, responsible for driving the technical direction and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within their team.

  • Enhance software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and automation frameworks to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and manage team skills, ensuring high-quality delivery and planning in coordination with senior leadership.
  • Promote agile environment planning and execution, building cohesive teams and providing coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Act as individual contributors with leadership capabilities, aiming to grow into senior roles or continue contributing as subject matter experts.
  • Remove obstacles and create an environment where team members feel empowered to raise concerns without hesitation, guiding the team towards self-organization and cross-functionality.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Product Owners in backlog management by organizing regular grooming sessions.
  • Support Scrum principles, facilitate essential ceremonies, and promote ongoing improvement initiatives.
Requirements

Technical Expertise & Qualifications - API Developer (Oracle DB, Java)

  • Application development experience in Java/J2EE 7/8 following industry-standard SDLC practices.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and microservices, adhering to best practices in API design, security, and integration with third-party systems and cloud services. Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Spring Framework, Spring Batch, MicroServices, Eureka, API Gateway, Spring Boot, Swagger, Tomcat, Maven, Jenkins, GIT, Postman/Newman, RESTful Services, Containers, JSON, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Unix, and Windows environments.

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
