Office Administrator for CEO/Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrator to provide exceptional administrative support to our CEO/Director. This role requires a high level of organization, discretion, and excellent communication skills.

About the Role

The Office Administrator will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, with a focus on supporting senior-level executives.

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO/Director, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and procedures to improve productivity and reduce errors.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A high level of proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
