Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Strategist to join our team.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Establish or propose potential business deals by contacting potential clients; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Responsible for meeting/exceeding revenue goals for assigned accounts/industries.
  • Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies for new products and services.
  • Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
  • Manage documentation and records to support all potential transactions.
  • Adept at working in a team environment and fostering collaboration.
  • Reports directly to the CEO.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least BBA(Marketing) with 2 to 3 years of Experience in related field.
  • Knowledge and experience of generating leads and developing relations on LinkedIn.
  • Must have good personal relations in corporate sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Must have Experience of strategic planning and business development.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Strict discipline in maintaining confidentiality of information.
  • Active and can work under pressure.
  • Confident and ambitious.
  • Self disciplined & Client-centric.
  • Must have positive attitude & pleasant personality.
