Our organization seeks a seasoned Asset Integrity Manager to spearhead our asset integrity management systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our pipeline systems through effective cathodic protection design, supervision, and coating inspections. Key responsibilities include:
  • Policy Development: Collaborate with management in establishing policies and procedures related to asset integrity management.
  • Design and Analysis: Design corrosion monitoring and cathodic protection systems, including specifications, calculations, graphic and statistical analysis, power assessment, and survey data evaluation.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve cathodic protection and interference issues, implement system adjustments, and oversee corrective actions through corrosion personnel.
  • Survey Management: Manage various asset integrity surveys, develop coating rehabilitation plans based on survey findings, and monitor the effectiveness of cathodic protection systems.
  • System Maintenance: Maintain cathodic protection system equipment, perform impressed current and sacrificial anode (Mg anodes) cathodic protection treatments on transmission and distribution networks, and ensure accurate tracking of maintenance schedules.
  • Survey Analysis and Asset Integrity: Conduct and analyze different surveys (Thickness, coating integrity, PCM, DCVG, close interval surface potential, interference), and revalidate pipeline integrity assessments to identify vulnerable sections.
  • Reporting and Guidance: Review corrosion monitoring reports, provide guidance on corrective actions, analyze hardware data, and develop in-house repair capabilities for faulty equipment.
  • Research and Development: Stay updated on new technologies for asset integrity and corrosion monitoring.
  • Asset Management: Utilize enterprise asset management systems for preventive maintenance, material procurement, root cause failure analysis, and monitoring maintenance schedules.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train staff to provide corrosion control services for underground infrastructure, supervise new pipeline projects, and monitor coating status during project handover.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform any other tasks assigned by senior management.
