We are seeking an organized and efficient Administrative Support Professional to manage the daily operations of a psychology practice.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with a strong emphasis on email correspondence.

This role requires self-motivation, multitasking abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines. Key responsibilities include inbox management, client interaction, appointment scheduling, financial tasks, record keeping, therapist coordination, report generation, team collaboration, content management, and coordination with directors.

Job Structure:

  • This is a remote position that allows you to work from home with a high-speed internet connection and power backup.
  • The role follows a morning shift, 5 hours, starting at 8 AM or earlier to utilize Australian business hours effectively.
  • Paid Holidays: Except for one-day holidays on both Eids, no Pakistani public holidays will be provided.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in English: Strong command of grammar, punctuation, and spelling (both verbal and written).
  • Email Management: Ability to efficiently manage emails and compose professional, clear, and respectful communications.
  • Microsoft Office & Google Apps Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive, and Google Apps.
  • Quick Learner: Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, processes, and systems.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, adjusting priorities and workflow as needed.
