This is a key leadership role that drives business performance by enhancing customer retention, driving persistency in premiums, and reducing policy lapses.

Main Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  2. Collaborating with Sales, Claims, Customer Service, and Actuarial teams to achieve long-term customer retention goals
  3. Leading initiatives to reduce policy lapses and drive persistency in premiums
  4. Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  5. Managing a team to ensure successful implementation of retention strategies

Required Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the life insurance industry, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role focused on customer retention or persistency management
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of insurance industry products, regulations, and customer relationship management practices

Preferred Qualifications include Certification in insurance (added advantage)
