At Vital Group, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Administrative and Human Resources Coordinator.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel records, updating internal databases with new hire information, creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies, gathering payroll data, publishing and removing job advertisements as needed, scheduling job interviews and contacting candidates accordingly, hiring professional candidates based on departmental requirements, preparing reports and presentations on HR-related metrics, and developing training and onboarding materials for new employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain all maintenance work, including civil, electrical, plumbing, renovation, and office assets at Lahore and Multan offices.
  • Oversee grocery and stationary supplies for executives and office staff.
  • Ensure a suitable office ambiance for meetings and daily operations.
  • Keep records of company assets and documents up-to-date.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A good typing speed.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
