Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee benefits programs, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. The HR Manager will also handle HR administration tasks and support organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment and employee relations
  • Knowledge of performance management, HR compliance, and employee benefits programs
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the wellness or organic products industry is a plus
