Finance Leadership Role
Seeking a seasoned Financial Manager to provide strategic guidance and support to international clients.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Act as the key liaison between our organization and international clients, providing expert financial advice and guidance.
  • Develop and deliver tailored financial solutions, reports, and analysis to meet client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Establish and implement effective financial strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
  • Present accurate and insightful financial information, adhering to IFRS and US GAAP standards.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate client account performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Accountability & Governance:
  • Ensure strict adherence to all applicable tax laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with auditors to meet both internal and external audit demands.

Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Empower and lead a team of finance professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  • Foster seamless collaboration across departments to enhance customer satisfaction and quality services.

Process Optimization:
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Implement best practices in finance to drive productivity and excellence.

Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in financial management, with a minimum of 2 years in client-facing roles. International client experience is highly valued.

Essential Skills:
  • Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis expertise.
  • Familiarity with IFRS, US GAAP, and tax regulations.
