Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to oversee the daily operations of our finance department. This critical role involves ensuring compliance with international financial standards and driving strategic decision-making.

  • Manage the finance team's daily activities, including financial accounting, reporting, and analysis.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity in financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support informed decision-making.
  • Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency.
  • Provide financial insights to senior management and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational growth.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure smooth execution of audits by liaising with internal and external auditors.
  • Leverage SAP S/4HANA and Power BI for data-driven decision-making and digital transformation in financial processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Professional qualifications: CA, ACCA, CPA (or equivalent)
  • Candidates with articles from Big4 accounting firms are preferred.
  • Expertise in IFRS, auditing, budgeting & forecasting, taxation, and internal controls.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a deep understanding of financial regulations.
  • Commitment to ethical financial practices and corporate governance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
