About Our Role

We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our team. As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships and delivering value during the initial phase of the customer's journey.

This position involves effectively onboarding new customers by implementing our technology, ensuring early adoption, and educating customers on the benefits of our product features and AI capabilities.

A customer-centric focus is essential to ensure long-term customer satisfaction. This role requires someone highly organized, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during their implementation phase.
  • Guide new customers through initial setup and system training to ensure timely and successful onboarding.
  • Monitor customer progress and activities to ensure adoption and timely activation.
  • Demonstrate exceptional collaboration skills with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience.
  • Manage a high volume of phone conversations and email inquiries.
  • Buid customer loyalty by delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 3+ years prior experience in a customer-facing role (sales or support).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and the ability to use data to inform engagement plans.
  • A clear understanding of what success looks like for customers and our organization.
  • Effective listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • A proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities with a high attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Documentation, data analysis, reporting, SQL, and Salesforce experiences are a plus.
  • Experience with fintech and spend management technology is a plus.
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and their key personnel.
  • Strong business acumen including project management, account management, problem-solving, business planning, and analytical skills.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
