Key Responsibilities- Business Development Strategy
- Identify high-potential prospects using industry-leading tools and databases.
- Develop segmented prospect lists for multiple service lines (Data Engineering, Analytics).
- Outreach Execution
- Set up automations for lead enrichment, sequencing, and follow-ups.
- Design and execute targeted email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Personalize outreach at scale while leveraging automation.
- Client Engagement
- Monitor campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on key metrics.
- Respond to inbound leads and manage bids on freelance platforms.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Closing Deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, estimates, and contracts.
- Manage CRM pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups through to deal closure.
- Strong proficiency with sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, HubSpot/Pipedrive).
- Experience setting up automated outbound workflows (email, LinkedIn, enrichment).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to lead client calls, handle objections, and close deals.
- Highly organized, target-driven, and process-oriented.
- Familiarity with data/analytics concepts (ETL, cloud platforms, BI dashboards).
- Previous success in scaling outbound outreach at a startup or agency.
- Experience with Zapier/Make (Integromat) or other workflow automation platforms.
