This role involves conducting comprehensive research on grants, analyzing feasibility, and developing persuasive proposals that align with funding goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research on local, state, federal, private, and foundation grants.
  • Identify new grant opportunities, assess eligibility criteria, and funding requirements.
  • Analyze the feasibility of applying for grants and contracts while ensuring compliance.
  • Develop and submit tailored grant proposals that meet the specific requirements of funding organizations.
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to all grant guidelines and submission criteria.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate budgets for grant applications.
  • Maintain a tracking system for grant deadlines, submissions, and funding statuses.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience in grant writing, research, and proposal development.
  • Exceptional written English skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with AI tools like Copilot or ChatGPT.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate funding opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting for grant applications.
  • Self-driven, independent worker with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
