About This Role

Motive is a company that empowers people who run physical operations by providing them with tools to make their work safer, more productive, and profitable.

As a People Technology Analyst, you will serve as a hands-on practitioner in our primary global HRIS system. You will play a key role in maintaining data quality, reinforcing data governance, and improving processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver reports and training as needed using our HRIS system
  • Perform audits to ensure accuracy and ensure all managers have supervisory orgs
  • Respond to basic questions about our HRIS system and conduct tier 1 and 2 troubleshooting
  • Provide general tasks in our HRIS system, including load data, reports, security, business processes, and add/update job codes
  • Meet with internal stakeholders to detail out project requirements for reports or other enhancements
  • Document solutions and create process workflows in PowerPoint or Lucid charts
  • Engage with the community to learn about new technical functionality and provide guidance to key stakeholders on system capability

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of technical experience in HRIS systems
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in People Operations, HRIS, or a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree or significant HR Ops experience
  • 'Roll up your sleeves' attitude and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while providing great customer service
  • Initiative and ability to identify process improvements
  • Exceptional commitment to confidentiality and discretion with highly sensitive information
  • Superior written, verbal communication, and high attention to detail
  • Enjoy working in a team and partnering with the rest of the organization
