Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator will assist Business Project Managers in coordinating project activities, resources, and information.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to work closely with our team in delivering projects that meet our clients' needs.

Your primary responsibilities will include working with the PMO to implement best practices in project delivery, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately, managing risk, issues and dependencies on projects, escalating where required.

You will also be responsible for maintaining, updating and properly filing project documentation, communicating with clients to clarify project requirements and scope, and working closely with the PMO and Business Project Management teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience with Project Coordination of web-based applications
  • Good knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • MS-Office (Word, Excel), and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Visio)
  • Qualification in PRINCE2, SAFe Agile, ITIL or other project management certification
  • Excellent communication skills with English
  • Problem-solving and teaming-up aptitude
