Project Delivery Facilitator Role

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Project Delivery Facilitator to lead projects from requirements definition through deployment. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as experience using project management tools such as Slack, Asana, and Basecamp.

Responsibilities:
  1. Team Management: Develop and manage project teams to ensure maximum performance by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
  2. Project Initiation: Outline, define, and initiate projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
  3. Leadership: Lead projects through all stages, from planning to deployment, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality standards are met.
  4. Collaboration: Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure project success, maintaining relationships with stakeholders and managing risks.
  5. Documentation: Establish and maintain processes for managing scope, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks.
  6. Communication: Report project outcomes and/or risks to management channels, escalating issues as necessary.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and oral English communication skills are essential.
  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience in project management, using tools like Slack, Asana, and Basecamp.
