Pharmacy Manager

A pharmacy manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of pharmacy services. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and adhering to pharmacy policies and procedures, managing frontline team coaching for pharmacy staff, precepting and training pharmacy students, and maintaining essential job functions such as interpreting physician orders, intervention, compounding, dispensing, patient education, controlled drug management, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy/Pharm D, Master's degree in Pharmacy or Professional Registration in UK or USA preferred.
- At least four to six years of experience in tertiary care hospital pharmacy, with two years at supervisory level.
- Ability to interpret prescriptions, formularies, and pharmacological actions.
- Demonstrate supervisory skills and ability to work with people of various backgrounds and training.
