Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled upseller to drive revenue growth in the ebooks and publishing domain. This role requires a consultative approach, building trust with clients, identifying further needs, and closing high-value deals that enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Upsell additional ebook services to existing clients
  • Establish strong client relationships and increase revenue
  • Meet monthly targets through strategic sales efforts
  • Understand product offerings and tailor recommendations to client needs
  • Negotiate confidently and secure high-ticket upgrades
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • O/A Levels background preferred
  • Proven track record of upselling or sales experience with international clients is essential
  • Excellent spoken English and phone communication skills
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with digital or publishing services
  • Target-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
