The Customer Success Manager plays a vital role in ensuring clients achieve desired outcomes through our solutions. They effectively communicate value, lead internal efforts to resolve client challenges, and drive retention and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with clients to maximize platform utilization and deliver customer-centric results
  • Communicating value through strategic calls, dashboard training, escalation management, and renewal conversations
  • Cultivating client health and experience, ensuring a seamless retention process
  • Identifying growth opportunities and delivering qualified leads
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to address client escalations and ensure timely resolution
  • Acting as an internal advocate for clients, identifying key success stories and referenceable cases
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish languages
  • At least 3 years of prior customer-facing experience
  • Customer Success or Account Management background
  • Able to manage a book of business proactively and independently
  • Proven track record of successful renewals and churn mitigation
  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills and adaptability
  • Strong grasp of SaaS applications and logistics expertise is a plus
