Senior Lead Engineer

Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Lead Engineer to drive the evolution of our platform.

This role is perfect for a full-stack expert with a DevOps mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to wear multiple hats to get the job done.

The ideal candidate will lead the design, architecture, and development of new features and systems across our platform, driving ongoing technology modernization initiatives.

You will work closely with product, design, and other stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.

The Senior Lead Engineer will be instrumental in shaping the future of our platform and driving major architectural decisions.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of software development experience, with a proven track record in a senior or lead engineering role
  • Deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks, specifically Next.js (App Router, SSR/SSG, API routes)
  • Strong backend experience with Node.js and serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Serverless Framework)
Technical Skills
  • Experience with content management systems, preferably Payload CMS or similar headless CMS platforms
  • Database experience with PostgreSQL and understanding of data migration strategies
