Job Title

A Customer Service Representative is required to provide exceptional support to clients.

  • Professionally manage and handle both outgoing and incoming calls with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service experiences.
  • Assess customers' needs to ensure satisfaction and make recommendations as necessary.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers through follow-up calls at predetermined times.

  • Effectively handle large volumes of inbound and outbound calls.
  • Analyze customer inquiries or issues and provide feedback to relevant teams to enhance products, services, or processes.
