Leadership Opportunity:

We seek a seasoned leader to manage our Air Freight business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically oversee Air Freight Operations to drive growth and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with customers, carriers, and suppliers.
  • Select and onboard overseas agents to meet our requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts with airlines and suppliers.
  • Establish strategic business plans and budgets for the Air Freight business.
  • Provide leadership in product development, resource allocation, and branch operations.
  • Foster collaboration between branches and trade bodies/government agencies.
  • Manage airline and supplier contracts, performance, and relationships.
  • Ensure IATA compliance and monitor certification renewal.
  • Oversee AFR Operations, including site management, traffic management, technical support, and local procurement.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
